Terms of Use

These terms cover allaroundage.agency, including Relive a memory. By using the site, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose.
1. For grown-ups
You must be 18 or older to use Relive a memory or to join the email list.
2. What Relive a memory does
You give a year, a season and a line about a memory. An AI model draws a picture from your words. The pictures are made by AI, for fun. They are not real photographs, they are not your actual memory, and they can get things wrong.
3. Keep it good
This is for good people and good memories. Keep it to things you would show your family. Please don't:
- ask for anything sexual, violent, hateful or illegal;
- use it to hurt, embarrass, trick or impersonate anyone;
- pass the pictures off as real photographs.
We may block requests that break these rules, and we may stop serving anyone who keeps trying.
4. Your words and your pictures
What you type is used only to draw your picture. It is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Cloudflare) for that purpose, and we don't save it. We don't keep your pictures either.
You're welcome to keep and share your pictures. Please leave the "Made by AI" label on them.
To stop bots, each request goes through Cloudflare's human check. To keep the service free, we count how many pictures come from each connection, using a scrambled code in place of your internet address. Old counts are cleared out automatically after about two days.
5. The email list
If you join, we keep your email address, the date you joined, the country your connection came from and your browser type. We use them only to tell you about All Around Age. We don't sell your email. To be taken off the list, write to [email protected].
6. Limits
To keep it free, each person can make a limited number of pictures, and the whole site has a daily limit. The service may be busy, change or stop at any time.
7. No promises
The site and the pictures are provided as they are, without any guarantee. As far as the law allows, All Around Age is not responsible for how pictures are used or for any loss that comes from using the site.
8. Ownership
The All Around Age film, name and design belong to David Venafro. Patent pending.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
